The HR Generalist supports the daily operations of the skilled nursing department by providing comprehensive HR services and managing employee relations. Key duties include guiding supervisors on performance management, facilitating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a bachelor's degree and PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Experience in a home health or clinical setting is highly preferred.
