The Treatment Care Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience through greeting, guiding, and expressing gratitude. Key tasks include handling check-in/out procedures, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients with financial arrangements.
Candidates must have at least one year of related experience and a strong knowledge of dental terminology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to deliver high-quality customer service.
As a Treatment Care Coordinator, you'll have a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment.
