The BCBA will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders. They are also responsible for overseeing data collection, providing supervision to technicians, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a related field and possess BCBA certification. A valid LBS license in Pennsylvania and a driver's license with reliable transportation are also required.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. The BCBA will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee data collection to ensure effective patient care and progress.
