Lead and oversee an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic end-of-life care for patients and families. Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and ensure adherence to hospice regulations and standards.
Requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license with at least 3 years of healthcare experience and a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree and prior leadership or management experience are strongly preferred.
