Join us as an Enterprise Infra Operation Senior Expert based in Budapest MOL Campus.

Main responsibilities:

• Performing daily operational tasks (BAU request and incident handling, daily device/system check, preparation and local support for key meetings etc.) and provide ad-hoc VIP support

• Operate and maintain Creston based videoconference devices

• Cooperate with 3rd parties

• Participate in ongoing projects and support the Real Time Communication team’s work

• Continuously strengthen and improve your knowledge

• Participate in trainings

• Work together with other teams (in and out of your domain)

• Proactively propose improvements and modifications within your area

• Follow the ITIL processes defined in the organization.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

• experience working with at least one of the following technologies – Videoconference systems (Creston and/or Cisco) IP telephony and Call centers

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work as part of an international team

• Ability to take on call duties

• Possess the ability to troubleshoot non-standard/undocumented issues

• Good English skills both verbally and written
