The Project Delivery Coordinator manages the scheduling, purchase orders, and safety documentation for projects in Western Australia. They act as the primary liaison between design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have experience coordinating projects within construction, fabrication, or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in ERP systems and project tracking software, along with strong organizational and customer-facing skills, is required.

About the Role
As the Project Delivery Coordinator at Moddex in WA, you will take ownership of your designated part of the WA job schedule and show commitment to the highest standards of communication, quality and safety. You'll report to the Project Manager and work closely with Design, Production and our installation teams to keep jobs moving smoothly.
The role is the 'glue' between design, production and installers, drawing the best from each team to deliver consistently maximised outcomes for customers and the business. Success looks like projects delivered to full customer satisfaction, quoted gross margins maintained, and repeat business earned through strong relationships and reliable delivery.
