  • Minimum of 7 years of facilities maintenance experience.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory or team lead experience required.
  • Experience with systems such as scrubbed exhaust, wastewater treatment, PCW chillers, air handlers, EHS, and life‑safety systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience developing maintenance procedures and technical specifications.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong problem‑solver with the ability to think creatively and implement approved solutions.
  • Ability to drive performance improvements with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
