Oversee day-to-day facility operations and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all building systems operate safely and reliably. Develop preventive maintenance programs and coordinate with vendors to maximize equipment uptime and facility performance.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 7 years of facilities maintenance experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory role. Preferred expertise includes wastewater treatment, PCW chillers, and the ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
