The Dietary Aide is responsible for the routine preparation, serving, and storage of food in accordance with facility policies and standardized recipes. They must also maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred for this position. Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain a ServSafe Certification or similar food safety designation as required by the facility.

Mirror Lake Recovery Center is located in Burns, Tennessee, right outside of Montgomery Bell State Park. We provide top quality treatment for adults who struggle with substance abuse and addiction, as well as co-occurring disorders. We address the abuse of substances such as alcohol, cocaine, opioids, heroin, benzos, and prescription drugs. Additionally, we provide treatment for mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and bipolar disorder. We provide many different levels of care including a detoxification program, residential treatment, and a partial hospitalization program. The therapies we supply are designed to treat the many issues that our patients face. These therapeutic interventions can include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, equine therapy, yoga, art therapy, medication management, and more. At Mirror Lake Recovery Center, we employ a number of professionals who can help bring about recovery to our patients. Our team consists of certified and expertly trained medical and mental health professionals, including nurses, nurse practitioners, counselors, and more.
