We are seeking an organized, dynamic, and welcoming Studio Admin to oversee daily studio operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in Dubai. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, manage scheduling, handle internal space management, and ensure the studio operates seamlessly every day.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Booking Management

• Handle end-to-end communication with guests, from initial booking inquiries through post-visit follow-ups.
• Manage guest bookings, maintain accurate schedule records, and send timely appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, introduce them to the space, and clearly communicate studio rules and operational guidelines.
• Provide continuous support during guest visits, addressing questions and resolving any issues promptly.

Studio Operations & Administration

• Maintain general order, tidiness, and preparation of all studio rooms to ensure the space is in perfect condition for every booking.
• Track inventory and supplies, managing day-to-day organizational tasks to keep the studio fully operational.
• Maintain comprehensive reporting on bookings, attendance, and general studio metrics.
• Coordinate effectively with team members and external contractors on maintenance and operational requirements.
• Proactively resolve any administrative, organizational, or logistical challenges as they arise.
• Proven experience in administration, front desk, host, or operations roles (experience in creative studios, hospitality, or event spaces is a plus).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities with sharp attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a guest-first, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
