The role involves planning and executing comprehensive media strategies, including media analysis, event management, and the development of communication materials. You will also manage day-to-day media requests and provide support to political office holders during media engagements.
Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in communications and engagement, with a strong grasp of current affairs and political sensitivities. Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills are required, along with the ability to explain complex policies to the public.
You will be part of MDDI’s Communications and Engagement Division that strategises, develops and drives communications and outreach plans for key areas of the Ministry’s work to engage hearts and minds for a thriving digital future.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute robust media comms plans to forward MDDI’s comms agenda of building a vibrant and secure digital future for Singapore.
