The Patient Care Technician administers interventional mental health treatments such as TMS and Esketamine while providing compassionate patient care. They also handle administrative duties including scheduling, insurance verification, and medical record management.
Candidates must have a current BLS certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, though experience in patient care or medical offices is strongly considered.
About the role:
Working in a high-volume medical office, the Patient Care Technician provides friendly customer service while administering interventional mental health treatments that can include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine and IV Ketamine therapies. In addition, Patient Care Technicians are responsible for contributing to all administrative aspects of the practice, including but not limited to scheduling, insurance verification, collections management and patient check in/check out.
Schedule - Full time position (33-40 hr) available M-F 8am-6pm

Pay range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The employee may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
