The PMHNP will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and develop patient-centered treatment plans. Responsibilities include managing medications, performing daily rounds, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in hospital-based settings.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a PMHNP specialization and a current, unrestricted license in Texas. A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting and an active DEA registration are required.
Telehealth Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Part-Time
MindCare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have recent experience (within the past 24 months) providing psychiatric care to a broad range of patients in a general hospital setting, including evaluating and treating patients in both the emergency department and inpatient behavioral health units.
Compensation: negotiable
Hours: P/T - 10-12 hours per week
