The IT Support Specialist provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and SaaS applications at the Ottawa headquarters. They are responsible for managing end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, identity access, and office technology to ensure efficient operations.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles with proficiency in Microsoft 365 environments. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential for this onsite position.

Position Summary
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality onsite technical support to MindBridge employees at our Ottawa headquarters. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Level 1 and Level 2 IT issues, ensuring employees can work efficiently and securely.
The successful candidate will support end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, meeting room technology, identity management, onboarding/offboarding activities, asset management, and general IT operations. This is a hands-on position requiring strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a practical approach to solving technology issues.

Pay Range
The expected base salary range for this position is to $51,000 to $68,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, experience and competencies, and unique qualifications.
