Manage daily financial operations including full-charge bookkeeping, project job costing, and tracking independent contractors. Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly bank reconciliations using QuickBooks and Excel.
Requires 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing, and advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. An associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
