The role involves supporting external partners with order fulfilment and handling shipping complaints and claims. Additionally, the candidate will perform customer follow-ups and maintain internal process documentation to optimize workflows.
Candidates must have completed or be finishing an education that grants access to an administrative office training program. Fluency in both Danish and English is required, along with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
