Lead and manage commercial and residential restoration projects from emergency response through final completion. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely and within budget.
Requires over 5 years of project management experience in restoration or construction with advanced proficiency in Xactimate. Candidates must have a strong understanding of insurance restoration claims and a valid driver's license.
