Lead the dimensional laboratory by developing and optimizing complex CMM programs from 3D CAD models and blueprints. Serve as the subject matter expert for GD&T and collaborate with engineering teams during new product launches.
Requires at least 5 years of CMM programming experience in high-precision manufacturing, preferably within the automotive industry. Must possess expert-level knowledge of ASME Y14.5 standards and proficiency in software like PC-DMIS or Calypso.
