Lead and develop a high-performing leasing and maintenance team to ensure operational excellence and a positive workplace culture. Manage the financial success of the community by optimizing occupancy, revenue, and expenses while delivering a five-star resident experience.
Requires 3+ years of multifamily property management experience and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Candidates must have leadership experience, financial acumen, and working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations.
