The role involves providing daily on-site support for quality issues and yield improvements for MicroVision products. Responsibilities include performing inspections, conducting root cause analysis via 8D activities, and monitoring quality metrics to reduce defects and scrap.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a technical field with at least 3 years of experience in quality roles. Knowledge of AIAG standards such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA is preferred.

Team Overview
MicroVision is seeking an experienced Operations Quality Engineer in Orlando, FL. The operations quality engineer will work on-site with our operations team to provide daily support for quality issues/yield improvements related to MicroVision supplied products. Operations Quality Engineer will also work closely with the Operations to perform IQC and FQC inspections and testing to verify conformance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and robust problem-solving skills.
