The Workforce Development Program Manager will lead complex programs and projects to improve organizational capability and training efficiency at the Boise Training Center. They are responsible for establishing scalable business processes, managing stakeholder engagement, and leveraging data and AI to drive operational excellence.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in leading complex operational initiatives and developing governance frameworks. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.

Reporting to the Fab 4 Workforce Training Manager, the Fab 4 Workforce Development Program Manager plays a key role in supporting Boise Training Center (BTC) operations and leading workforce programs, projects, and pivotal initiatives. This position combines program leadership, project execution, operational oversight, and data-driven decision making to improve organizational capability, training efficiency, and business outcomes. The role will initially support Idaho operations and later expand support to New York as workforce development initiatives grow.
