The Installation Team Lead is responsible for overseeing installation technicians and ensuring projects are completed safely and to client standards. They also conduct quality checks and communicate any project delays or issues to management.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in installation or construction, including 1 year in a supervisory role. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, along with the physical ability to work outdoors and climb ladders.

Key Responsibilities:
Assign tasks to Installation Technicians and oversee installation processes.
Participate in installations
Communicate any issues or delays to management.
Conduct pre- and post-installation quality checks.
Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with seasonal decor or lighting installations is a plus.
Valid Driver’s License.
Able to climb 20' to 40' ladder and work outdoors in various weather
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues with lighting, decor, and basic electrical systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
