Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of HOA common areas, including clubhouses, fitness centers, and outdoor grounds. Perform light maintenance tasks and ensure the property remains safe and welcoming for residents.
Previous experience in janitorial or groundskeeping is preferred, along with a valid driver's license. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
