Provide strategic technical leadership and operational oversight for Civil/Structural and Facilities asset portfolios. Drive engineering excellence across maintenance, renewals, and construction to ensure the safety and reliability of the rail network.
Requires a tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering and extensive experience in rail or infrastructure environments. Must have proven leadership experience managing technical teams and a strong knowledge of asset management principles.

You’ll play a critical role in driving engineering excellence, strengthening governance and delivering reliable, high-performing infrastructure that supports Melbourne’s growing rail network.
