The Guest Services Associate is responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins, and providing information about gym programs. They also manage phone and email inquiries and process payments accurately.
Prior customer service experience is preferred along with strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Metro Stars Gymnastics is a multi-location recreational facility serving families in Omaha, NE. We offer a wide variety of programs, including recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and rock climbing. In addition to our gymnastics programming, we host birthday parties, offer open gym and special events throughout the year. ⭐️ At Metro Stars Gymnastics, we love sharing our passion and enthusiasm for gymnastics with the world. We envision a world where everyone has the loving support of a coach so that they can reach for the stars! ⭐️ We inspire and empower children of all ages and abilities to gain self-esteem and physical well-being through recreational gymnastics.
