Manage the full accounting cycle for a residential real estate portfolio, including monthly reporting, bank reconciliations, and budget preparation. Coordinate with other departments for cutoff procedures and handle annual year-end audit working papers.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a CPA designation or progress toward one preferred. Candidates should be proficient in Excel and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
