The Property Manager oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and maintenance of a portfolio of residential apartment communities. They are responsible for leading staff, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with provincial legislation and company standards.
Candidates must hold a valid BC Rental Property Management Representative Licence and possess 3–5 years of residential property management experience. Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and proficiency in budget management are essential for this role.
