The VP of Finance is responsible for operational forecasting, internal reporting, and strategic analysis to guide business decisions. This includes developing short and long-term strategic plans and conducting valuations for product lines and facilities.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in residential homebuilding. Proficiency in Excel, JD Edwards/PeopleSoft, and Cognos is preferred.
