Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program and hold a Registered Pharmacist License in Wisconsin or Illinois. Hospital pharmacy experience or a residency is preferred.

This role applies advanced pharmaceutical knowledge and extensive experience to deliver high-quality patient care and promote best practices. The Pharmacist is committed to lifelong learning through continuous professional development, including literature review, continuing education, and self-assessment, to maintain clinical expertise and ensure evidence-based practice.
Shift: Second Shift Hours
Schedule: 7 on - 7 off
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program
Hospital Pharmacy experience or residency preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Wisconsin/Illinois Registered Pharmacist License or eligible

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION
Work requires a moderate level of independent judgment along with good interpretative and interpersonal skills with justification and accountability to Supervisor, Manager, and Director.
SUPERVISES
This position supervises technicians. This position is involved in the recruitment and orientation process and provides performance feedback and input for performance evaluation purposes. May implement coaching, counseling, and corrective action when needed.
