About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional to help drive growth for our advanced professional services business. This role is ideal for an early-career salesperson who is excited by technology, consultative selling, and the transformative potential of agentic AI.
Working closely with senior sales managers, you will support complex enterprise pursuits, contribute to bid and proposal activities, and progressively take ownership of sales opportunities within the SMB market segment. You will leverage modern AI tools and agentic AI workflows to improve prospecting, customer engagement, opportunity management, and sales execution.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop enterprise sales skills while gaining hands-on experience in AI-enabled business development.
As our Associate Account Executive, you will…
- Support senior sales managers on enterprise bids, proposals, and customer presentations
- Build and manage your own portfolio of SMB prospects, leading the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Use agentic AI platforms to sharpen prospecting, account research, proposal development, and pipeline management
- Collaborate closely with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to bring the right solutions to customers
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve how we sell — including through smarter AI adoption
Your qualifications
You bring 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, a strong commercial mindset, and genuine curiosity about technology. Experience with professional services, CRM platforms, or enterprise sales is a plus.
