The Change Management Manager is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance during business process and technology transitions. This includes coaching senior leaders, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and integrating change activities into project plans.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Candidates must have five years of experience in both organizational change management program design and project/resource management.
