The Research Services Manager is responsible for delivering the MCC's research, library, and publication services, including historical research and project management. They will oversee library operations, manage staff and volunteers, and represent the organization at industry events.
The role requires several years of experience in a historical research role, along with proven experience in managing staff and volunteers. Candidates should possess a strong interest in sports history and the ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The Museum & Heritage Services team at the MCC is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences across the Australian Sports Museum, MCC Museum, MCC Library and MCG Tours.
An opportunity has arisen within this team for a Research Services Manager. Reporting to the Executive Manager, Museum & Heritage Services, this role is responsible for delivering the MCC's research services, based primarily around the MCC Library, including the provision of historical research, publication services and other projects that support MCC business needs.

This role is well suited to someone with a strong interest in sports history and a passion for research. You'll bring several years' experience in a historical research role, together with experience managing staff and volunteers and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
