The Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring team members to support operational growth. Under the supervision of the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Contract Recruiter responsibilities include ensuring MedZed attracts, hires, and retains top talent while building a strong talent pipeline. A persuasive communicator, capable of managing competing, time-sensitive priorities without compromising the integrity of the process. And able to clearly articulate-MedZed’s culture and vision. You will be actively recruiting for 20+ roles a month to support a critical new initiative within MedZed’s operational teams.

This role works closely with Human Resources to ensure hiring is consistent, practical, and aligned with MedZed workflows and standards. The Recruiter Specialist plays a key role in supporting the hiring initiatives but partnering with hiring managers and the HR teams to effectively scale the growth of MedZed.

By doing so, MedZed simultaneously addresses the essential human needs of these at-risk individuals while tackling the business challenges of reducing inappropriate utilization and total cost of care.
