This is a fix term contract opportunity and the successful candidate will be based at Mediclinic Corporate Office Stellenbosch.
All candidates that are not based in the Western Cape will need to relocate on their own cost.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide implementation support on systems and processes during the Core Systems Replacement project while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user competence. Additionally, to develop and assess system and process learning support material and facilitate learning interventions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Analyse learning and development needs
Design and implement learning support material
Facilitate and assess learning processes
Provide system and process support
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION:
Certificate in instructional design, training or pharmacy logistics, pharmacy support (Pharmacist’s Assistant or Pharmacy Technician) or healthcare supply chain
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
3 - 5 years’ work experience in a business processes environment within a hospital or healthcare setting, specifically as a Pharmacy Stock / Systems Controller
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Work experience in the Pharmacy environment
Background in the development of training material and facilitation
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Relevant business process policies and procedures
Computer systems and software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office Packages)
Formatting and styling of learning support material
