The Nursing Director will lead and manage nursing and allied health services to ensure continuous quality improvement and operational efficiency. They are responsible for strategic planning, workforce management, and fostering a culture of patient safety and professional development.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing and a Master's degree in a related field, with at least 5 years of nursing management experience. A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience is also required, along with knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations.

To lead and manage nursing and allied health services and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of quality care.
To ensure clinical operational efficiency and effectiveness as a strategic imperative.
Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
Master’s degree in nursing or other related field e.g. Healthcare Management
Desired: Any Healthcare Leadership related certifications i.e. Lean Six Sigma, CPHQ etc.
At least 5 years’ nursing management experience as a Unit Manager, Duty Manager or Deputy Nursing Director
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a nursing field
