Lead and coordinate accreditation activities to ensure compliance with CPSA, AMA, and CAR standards across all clinics. Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and provide regulatory guidance to leadership and clinical teams.
Requires working knowledge of accreditation processes, documentation control, and audit readiness. A background or education in diagnostic imaging or healthcare operations is preferred.

Regulatory Administrator
The Regulatory Administrator – Compliance & Oversight provides organization-wide leadership and operational support to ensure MIC Medical Imaging meets regulatory and accreditation governance requirements. This role oversees compliance with College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA), Alberta Medical Association (AMA), and Canadian Association of Radiologists (CAR) standards.
The Regulatory Administrator serves as an advisor and coordinator, supporting clinic leaders and modality coordinators while keeping documentation, policies, and quality systems current, audit-ready, and aligned with regulatory requirements. It requires strong attention to detail, a preference for task-driven work, and some flexibility in scheduling.
