Lead a team of billing and coding professionals to optimize revenue cycle operations and ensure accurate claim submissions. Monitor KPIs and collaborate with providers and administration to improve financial performance and regulatory compliance.
Requires proven experience in revenue cycle management and leadership, with in-depth knowledge of physician billing and reimbursement methodologies. Proficiency in healthcare billing software and familiarity with HIPAA regulations are essential.
