The BCBA is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring client progress. They also supervise and train Behavior Technicians while mentoring BATs and BCaBAs within an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and be a certified BCBA with a current Texas LBA license. Two years of experience as a BCBA is preferred.

As a BCBA at MedCare, you’ll focus on quality client supervision, hands-on intervention, and mentorship. Our collaborative team values interdisciplinary input to drive meaningful client outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape our growing program alongside other disciplines and mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs as you grow in your career.
