Develop and execute the procurement strategy for transmission, generation, IT, and financial services. Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including vendor qualification, contract negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of procurement management experience in utilities, oil and gas, or related industries. Must possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of federal, state, and local procurement laws.

Summary:
Responsible for the development and execution of MEAG Power’s procurement strategy. Manages MEAG Power’s procurement activities, including procurement in support of transmission and generation assets; IT; accounting services; and financial services.
Scope of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for coordinating the procurement activities with all departments across organization and ensuring appropriate procurement practices and processes are utilized to achieve compliance with MEAG Power’s Procurement Policy.
