Responsible for completing work orders to maintain and repair the physical structures of buildings and grounds. This includes diagnosing problems and performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry to meet company standards.
Requires experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or other trades, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. EPA Universal Certification and previous residential maintenance experience are desired.
