The Warranty & Service Parts Coordinator manages parts ordering, verifies warranty eligibility, and processes returns for the service team. They also provide administrative support and act as a primary point of contact for technicians and customers regarding order status.
Candidates must have experience with ServiceTitan software and possess strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. While HVAC experience is preferred, it is not strictly required for this role.
