The Maintenance Technician performs diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, and repair apartment community systems including electrical, plumbing, and appliances. They also support the Maintenance Supervisor with daily work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance tasks.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in resident maintenance and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license is required, and HVAC certification is preferred.
