The role involves ensuring all company computers, networks, and CCTV systems are functioning normally and securely. It also requires managing access to corporate systems and coordinating with global support teams for troubleshooting.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Computer Education and at least 2 years of IT experience. Proficiency in Microsoft environments, networking principles, and server troubleshooting is required.
Responsibilities
1 Ensure and verify that all computers are usable by users, connected to the network, and functioning normally as intended.
2 Install and configure antivirus software to secure company computers
3 Troubleshoot any hardware-related issues or network disruptions.
4 Check and update any operating system updates and applications used by users.
5 Ensure all CCTV cameras are functioning and do troubleshooting for any issues related to it.
6 Ensure systems used by MCC (Radius, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Ramco) are accessible by the team and used a responsible manner.
7 Coordinate with MCC global support teams as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to all responsibilities above.
Requirements
Education & Job Experience
1 Bachelor of Computer Education
2 Minimum having 2-year experience as IT

1 Proficiency with Microsoft environments
2 Basic English skills
3 Good communication skills
4 Basic understanding of programming language concepts
B Specific Skill
1 Practical understanding of computer networking principles and security.
2 Practical understanding of the principles of switches, routers, and hubs
3 Having capability to assemble and troubleshoot computer and server installations
4 Troubleshooting Windows, Windows Server, MS Office and Azure
