The supervisor is responsible for managing and developing laboratory staff while ensuring quality, service, and regulatory compliance. They also oversee strategic planning, financial management, and the implementation of new laboratory services.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a clinical laboratory science field and possess at least four years of laboratory experience. Additionally, HT or HTL (ASCP) certification or an equivalent is required for this position.
