Provide shift leadership for warehouse and shipping operations to ensure timely and correct delivery of loads. Manage personnel, monitor KPIs, and maintain data integrity within company enterprise systems.
Requires broad knowledge of production functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Must be proficient in PC software and warehouse management systems, with the ability to work extended shifts in a non-climate controlled environment.
This position provides shift leadership to warehouse and shipping operations within the Mauser Packaging Solutions, Large Packaging Division plant located in Addison, IL; technical and supervisory guidance is provided to hourly employees. The supervisor is responsible for the coordination of production and shipping to ensure loads are shipped correctly and timely. The supervisor is further responsible for safety, maintenance/repair of assigned equipment, quality, discipline, attendance, enforcement of plant rules, and other related areas in the efficient operation of the facility and department.
Pay Range: The salary is $67,000-$81,000 a year. Exact salary offered will depend on candidate's experience, work location, skills, etc.
The schedule for this role is: 2:50 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Saturdays as needed.
