Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various hospital equipment to ensure continuous and safe operations. Monitor medical gases and fuel oil levels while assisting the utility team with HVAC and electrical systems.
A high school degree or equivalent is required, with a preference for at least one year of related experience. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Physical Requirements: Job requires frequent (34-66% of workday) standing, walking, bending, squatting and use of arms and hands; occasional (0-33% of workday) sitting and climbing; ability to lift 35 lbs.; ability to push and pull up to 20 lbs.; auditory and visual skills to include peripheral and color determination.
Mental Requirements: Possesses strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, detail oriented; ability to adapt to change, effective communication and ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
Environmental Requirements and Exposure Hazards: Risk of exposure to radiation and toxic chemicals. Potential for exposure to bloodborne pathogens; must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Potential exposure to extreme temperatures.
