The agent will build and maintain client relationships to ensure the property portfolio is fully rented. Responsibilities include utilizing marketing strategies to secure residents and managing all lease paperwork and property activity logs.
Candidates must possess a valid Florida real estate license and be proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software like SuiteCRM and MLS. Strong communication skills and a self-motivated work ethic are essential for this commission-based role.

The Opportunity
We're searching for a self-driven Real Estate Agent to join our ever-expanding team! The perfect candidate is an experienced salesperson who loves a fast-paced work atmosphere. You are passionate about success, have a powerful work ethic, and are willing to put in the effort. You will be given a regular flow of leads, including landlords and tenants who need to purchase a home or property, and property owners who need to list properties that we currently have under management.
As a comprehensive residential Real Estate and Property Management company with more than 3000 properties under management, we have the ability to offer you quick payment with multiple lease listings monthly as well as listing presentation opportunities with our Business Development Team.
