Requires 5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate warehouse equipment are essential.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, inventory control, fleet coordination, and facility maintenance to support commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical service and construction operations. This role ensures technicians and project teams have the materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary to operate efficiently while maintaining a safe, organized, and cost-effective warehouse environment.
The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in supporting service, construction, and fabrication operations through strong inventory management, fleet oversight, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
