The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds of the apartment property, including trash collection and general upkeep. They work under the direction of the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
Candidates must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs up stairs and perform manual grounds care tasks. The role requires an organized individual who can follow company policies and work effectively within a team.

Qualifications:
Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
