The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. They provide leadership and oversight for all project phases, from preconstruction through closeout, while maintaining project metrics and fostering positive relationships.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of construction project management experience and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent. Proficiency in construction software, budgeting, and reading detailed drawings is required.

Job Summary
The Project Manager is the key team leader in the project’s pathway to success; they are the liaison between project owner, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, and suppliers. As a Project Manager, you understand the levers on your project and how to appropriately adjust them to ensure smooth and safe completion of the project that exceeds the client’s expectations. You will ensure we are on target with project metrics by driving items forward, providing leadership and oversight for all phases of the project from preconstruction to closeout. Working closely with all team members, it will be your responsibility to foster positive working relationships and be an effective communicator.
