Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance work for apartment communities. Handle routine preventive maintenance, apartment turnovers, and daily documentation of work performed.
Requires HVAC certification and at least two years of apartment maintenance experience. Candidates must possess their own tools, a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma.

This position's regular work schedule is Monday through Friday but also includes rotating on-call responsibilities and overtime as needed. The candidate should display strong organizational and customer service skills. The candidate must be able to manage time well and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced maintenance and repair environment.
