The Line Cook is responsible for setting up stations, preparing ingredients, and cooking menu items in coordination with kitchen staff. They must also maintain station cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure high-quality food is delivered in a timely manner.
Preferred candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in high-volume fine dining and a culinary diploma or equivalent experience. A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
